Local vendors have a shrinking window to claim booth space at Rockwall's 14th annual Rubber Duck Regatta & Jeep Festival, set for Saturday, Oct. 10, at The Harbor.

The free, all-day event pairs a rubber duck race down The Harbor's fountains with live music, a Kids Zone packed with inflatables and mini-Jeep races, and a Jeep Show and Shine competition. Thousands of $10 adopted rubber ducks will hit the water, and the winning duck's owner takes home a 2026 Jeep Wrangler outfitted with a lift kit, upgraded shocks, wheels and tires. Visa gift cards round out the prize pool.
All proceeds go to two Rockwall County nonprofits: Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Texas, which runs youth mentorship and academic programs at its Rockwall location, and Grace Clinic of Rockwall County, a nonprofit founded in 2013 that provides free and low-cost medical care to uninsured adults at 602 N. Goliad St.
The event drew $60,000 in Hotel Occupancy Tax funding from the Rockwall City Council for its 2025 edition, according to council minutes, reflecting the festival's recognized role as a tourism draw for the lakefront district.
Vendor applications are open now at rockwallduckrace.org, according to the Rockwall County Herald-Banner. The event website welcomes sellers of handmade goods, boutique items and food. Sponsorship and volunteer details are also available through the site, or by emailing [email protected].
The festival launched in 2012 as a standalone duck race and has since grown into a full-day fundraiser that draws hundreds of families and Jeep enthusiasts to the lakefront. The Jeep side of the event includes a Poker Run, Trunk-or-Treating and a DJ spinning throughout the afternoon.
No vendor application deadline has been announced. The event website encourages interested businesses to apply before spots fill.
